Returns and Exchange Policy
We don’t accept cancellations
But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can’t be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can’t accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Items on sale
- Limited edition items
For all other items, contact us within 2 days of delivery and ship items back within 14 days of delivery.
A 30% restocking fee will apply to all returns and exchanges.
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Damaged Shipment
In the unfortunate event that an item is damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 2 days of delivery. Include a photo of the damaged item along with a photo of the shipping box. Keep the shipping box and all contents until you receive approval from us to destroy them. The shipping carrier may require an in-person inspection of the item as part of the claims approval process. Please be prepared to accommodate this request if needed.
Undeliverable Packages
In the case of an undeliverable package (or forced return), customer will be responsible for shipping cost to re-ship the package.
