To place an order, simply choose from the products shown in the drop down menus. Choose your color, size and style from the product page. Include any engraving details in the box provided -- this is extremely important if you are customizing a product! Font options are shown in the item listing photos, so be sure to include the font you want used as well.

Processing time is the time it takes for us to process your order (engrave/print items, package order, print label and everything involved before it gets shipped). Items are typically processed and ready for shipping within 3-10 business days. In order for your package to be expedited, we offer rush processing so your order can go out ASAP. Please contact us for pricing and details.
After we process your order, your package is either dropped off or the shipping company picks your package up from our business. Once the order is in the hands of the shipper, the destiny of the shipment, in most cases, is out of our hands. We have access to the same tracking information as you do. Most items are sent via USPS Priority Mail however we do offer UPS upgrades as well. Shipment times usually take 2-10 business days.
My package is delayed/lost, what do I do?
As an online business, we absolutely want our products to reach the customer. Unfortunately when shipping delays occur, we must follow the shipping company's procedures and wait the package out. We will absolutely process a missing mail search and claim at the appropriate time. Please keep in mind that online shopping has grown exponentially due to COVID. All logistics companies are having a hard time keeping up. We need to be a bit more tolerant of shipping times in this odd climate.
Customs and Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. Your payment information is secure and is not stored in our system.
Returns & Refunds
Returns and exchanges are accepted on some items. Please contact us within 2 days of delivery and ship your purchase back within 14 days of delivery. Items that have been customized, personalized or were on sale cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective. A 15% restocking fee will apply to all returns and exchanges. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
We work very hard to ensure that products are customized and shipped in a timely fashion therefore we do not accept any cancelations. Please contact us if you have any problems with your order though.
Original manufacturer warranties are null and void once an item is engraved.
